Upload files less than 10MB
💡
If your limb scan file is larger than 10MB, you may find it takes a little while to upload and remesh. If it is larger than 10MB take a look at your scanning settings and try lowering the resolution- still checking you are happy with the limb shape capture.

Leave minimum of 100mm space above Mid-Patellar Tendon (MPT) for Fit Workflow
💡
The Fit workflow requires a little space proximally in order to make condylar modification suggestions. When in the Remesh stage of the Prepare workflow have a look and check the distance from MPT to top of your scan is at least 100mm. If needed you can extend the mesh within the Remesh stage.

Within the Prepare workflow you can go back a forth between stages
💡
Within the Prepare workflow, depending on your uploaded scan you may want to go back and forth between the Landmarks, Alignment and Remesh stages. For example if you have small holes where you wish to place landmarks, approximately place Mid-Patellar Tendon (MPT) and Distal Tibia (DT) landmarks then auto align and remesh to close the holes. You can then return to landmarks to reposition your landmarks as required. You will need to go through alignment again if you reposition your MPT or DT landmarks but don’t have to Remesh again.

Smooth tool suggestions
💡
Within the Smooth tools throughout riiForm a good place to start is: - Local smooth- Large brush size and lower smooth strength (within the first half of the slide bar) - Global smooth- smooth strength at 2/3
