Tool Structure

Tool Structure is the same for all Anatomical Modifications and New Carve/Build Stages if the Modify workflow was completed without using the Fit workflow for suggestions.
Utility Bar
Control Point Controls
Add or remove control points to refine the Selection Area. Close Selection Loops changes the Selection Area from an open line into a closed shape. Show Midline displays a blue line through the control points, indicating the order in which they are applied.
See Viewport & Mouse Controls for more information on control point interactions.

Free-hand Select
Use the cursor as a brush to create Select Areas on the limb to build or carve. The brush size can be changed using the slider bar or typing in the box. Switch between Select and Erase to add or remove the Selection Area.

Smooth
Use a brush to apply local smoothing. The brush size can be changed using the slider bar or typing in the box.
The smooth strength slider sets the strength the brush will smooth. The left side is a lighter smooth, while the right side is stronger, and can create stronger alterations to the scan.
See Smooth for more information on using the tool.
Reset
Click Reset to remove all work done within the tool. The Selection Area will be removed and the Modification Amount will be set to Zero.
Click Reset to Design History to revert to what was saved in the design history before entering the workflow. For example, if entering the Modify Workflow after the Fit workflow, the save design history would be the modification done in the Fit workflow.
